Penco Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC and plumbing supplies for 70 years, is seeking a qualified Warehouse Clerk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load / unload product efficiently and accurately
- Pull Customer orders & transfers
- Assemble orders, transfers in identified lag area, ensure they are properly packed and labeled
- Utilize RF Scanner for order selection
- Verify product and product count is accurate
- Practice proper PPE (i.e. safety shoes, gloves, safety harness, ladders)
- Observe all safe practices for lift truck operation
- Housekeeping duties as part of daily routine or as directed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible, organized and self-motivating
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to operate lift trucks
- Safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds, walk 1-3 miles on a daily basis, reach / grasp items
- Operate a computer based inventory system
